Union Pacific looking to unload Warm Springs / NUMMI land

Union Pacific announced in the San Jose Business Journal that it may be looking to unload parts of the NUMMI land in the Warm Springs study area. The two areas most important to the City of Fremont are the exact parcels UP is willing to unload. Let’s see what the city can do to prevent this from being a railyard (again). According to the blog, Barry Swenson may be interested in this development.
