Human Relations Commissioner Ripple Leung was appointed to the Fremont Planning Commission by Mayor Harrison at Tuesday’s city council meeting. Leung helps increase diversity of the planning commission by including an Asian American woman to the decision making process. The appointment went uneventfully and was approved 5-0.
