I wrote about a group of Indian Americans who thought they were being hassled by Fremont district school district officials here. I am pleased to inform everyone that the school officials caved after political pressure. They agreed to allow the Gujrati Cultural Association to continue the program until midnight. If the group had not made any efforts, the school district would have squashed them.

Just a tip: when you tag your posts, try to be consistent, especially when you reference an earlier post. Only half the tags between this and the original post match, and only one is relevant between the 2 (FUSD).
For the benefit of your readers, perhaps you could install a tag cloud widget?
